GERMAN CLUB GOLF GROUP CELEBRATES 40TH ANNIVERSARY

The German Club Golf Group celebrated their 40th anniversary in style, hosting two tournaments at Mimosa Golf it Clark. The Carrozza’s dominated the tournaments, with Sebastien winning the Anniversary Cup on the difficult Mountain View golf course with 36 STP’s and Rebecca winning David’s Salon Cup with 44 STP’s on day 2!!

Other results: Tschangiz Scheybani finished in second place with 34 points, followed by Keith Bradley. Ladies champion was Haricel Pfisterer, Low Gross honors went Joe Arenas. Guest Champion was Michael MyKenzie. Most accurate drive was won by David Nash, nearest to pin was won by Rolf Dunder, longest drive went to Palle Finnman.

Day 2, David’s Salon Cup: Overall champion Rebecca Carrozza, 44 STP’s, , 2nd place Inhaye Ham, 43 STP’s, 3rd place Richard Nash, 42 STP’s. Low Gross went to Tschangiz Scheybani, Ladies Champion to Inhye Ham and Michael McKenzie again became the guest champion. Most accurate drive was won by Josef Kral, Rolf Dunder won closest to the pin and Palle Finnman again won the longest drive awar.

A special highlight was the raffle of a Business Class roundtrip ticket to Europe, donated by Ethiad Airways. The ticket went to Ivaylo Ivanov.

The anniversary was celebrated with a sumptuous buffet dinner at the beautiful terrace of the golf club, overlooking the golf course and the dynamic Clark area.
